Druid Ingestion Issue

I am trying to ingest data (@ very slow rate – 1 request per 5 seconds) in one of Druid’s realtime nodes. However, time boundary query response is empty, which indicates to me that data was not ingested in Druid properly. Below I have included a copy of the time boundary query request, realtime spec file, and druid log file. I have also attached relevant files for reference.

I would appreciate if you could provide any comments to help debug the problem further.

Following is the time boundary query:

jolata.spec (1.21 KB)

druid.log (1.35 MB)

Hi Abhinav,

is data flowing to the node ?

usually this line of log means no data was received
2015-10-26 20:57:02,814 INFO [chief-meterstatus] io.druid.segment.realtime.plumber.RealtimePlumber - Found [0] sinks. minTimestamp [1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z]

  1. What version of Druid is this?

  2. Can you please enable the realtime monitor and provide the output of ingest/* metrics?

Hi Slim,

I stopped the data after sometime since time boundary query response was empty.

Hi Fangjin,

I am using Druid version 0.6.157. I have attached Druid’s emitter logs.

druid.v2.log (614 KB)

I’m looking at the logs for log lines related to “events/”. I don’t see any value that is non-zero, which means it appears, at least from a Druid side, nothing was sent. How are you sending these events?
