[druid-user] How to check compaction is on in Druid

Hi Folks,

I want to know is there any way to find auto compaction is enabled or not? also how to check the compaction job history if it is enabled and running?
We have setup
druid.coordinator.period.indexingPeriod=120 minutes

so I want to know whether compaction is running every 120 minutes or not ? any log or dictionary views? also for datasource what is “offset value from the latest” for these compaction jobs?

Compaction spawns tasks of type “compact”

Thus you will find that there are compact jobs in your task history. I believe you will also find entries in the coordinator log.
