Ingestion error on Kubernetes deploy

Hello Druid-User group.

We are trying to deploy Druid to a Kubernetes cluster. We have made a couple of edits to the tiny-cluster.yaml example file to suit our needs and bring our clustered environment up. We added our S3 region to the JVM options area, and our S3.accessKey & S3secretKey to the common.runtime.properties area of the tiny-cluster.yaml. When we go to run the ingestion we get the following error “Unable to find a region via the region provider chain. Must provide an explicit region in the builder or setup environment to supply a region.”. We were looking at the AWS Region in the docs more specifically trying to make the following change 'Add -Daws.region=us-east-1 to druid.indexer.runner.javaOpts in Middle Manager configuration so that the property will be passed to Peon (worker) processes.". However we noticed no middle manager service was brought up with the tiny-cluster.yaml file. We are trying to bring up a middle manager service with our cluster but don’t know what edits we should make to our yaml file. Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated.
