InvocationTargetException in hadoop ingestion on Druid 0.12.1

I am trying to do hadoop ingestion tutorial on Druid 0.12.1 using the Docker containers and I get this error when creating the indexing task:

I also get this exception with a warning tag which might be helpful in debugging.

Is this a standalone Hadoop cluster? Can you run a regular M/R job?
