Issue while bringing up Druid Docker container - mkdir: can't create directory 'var/tmp': Permission denied

Hi,
I referred druid/distribution/docker at master · apache/druid · GitHub to bring up the Druid container. But there seems to be an issue:

router | mkdir: can’t create directory ‘var/tmp’: Permission denied
router | mkdir: can’t create directory ‘var/druid/’: Permission denied

The same issue goes with other services like middlemanager, broker…

Try Changed the folder permission to 777 for the folder and bring up the druid docker cluster.

You may have run into a known issue that is fixed in .21

Yup. That’s correct
And I see that it has been resolved in the latest build druid:0.21.1-rc1
Thanks!
