Multi value dimensions - filter by value at index

Is it possible to filter a multi value dimension by its value at a particular index?

For example, can I filter to return only rows that have “t4” at index=1?
Also, is it possible to query this data using Druid SQL ?

{"timestamp": "2011-01-12T00:00:00.000Z", "tags": ["t1","t2","t3"]} #row1
{"timestamp": "2011-01-13T00:00:00.000Z", "tags": ["t3","t4","t5"]} #row2
{"timestamp": "2011-01-14T00:00:00.000Z", "tags": ["t5","t4","t7"]} #row3
{"timestamp": "2011-01-14T00:00:00.000Z", "tags": []} #row4

Not with the builtin Druid filters, but, you could write an extension that adds the functionality. You would probably want to set your multi-value-handling to “array” first to avoid the re-sorting that gets done by default.
