Not enough [_default_tier] servers or node capacity to assign segment

Im experimenting with druid and trying to get it to process data.

For some reason Im running into this error :

I’ve noticed that if I don’t launch the coordinator - everything get’s indexed with SUCCESS status (according to indexer console).

After I launch the coordinator - indexer console becomes impossible to open as that time…

You have only one historical node running. The default configuration is to require at least 2. You have 2 choices, either bring up another historical or change the replication rules. The first is self explanatory, for the second use the coordinator web console, click on “datasources” at the top, and you can edit the default rules - or the rules for your individual datasources. You want to create a load rule to have 1 in _default_tier instead of 2.

thx. that fixed this problem. unfortunately there are other issues - but Ill open another thread for them.
