Problems with ingestion of spatialDimensions with Druid 0.9.x

Hi,
we are currently running a cluster with Druid 0.9.0 and it looks like the Hadoop Batch Ingestion is skipping the spatialDimensions section of our JSON config. We didn’t use to have this problem before and we are wondering whether the ingestion spec is different than the one described in http://druid.io/docs/latest/development/geo.html.
