Using deep storage as another tier in druid setup for serving queries

Hi,

Based on what I read on druid documentation,
I understood that all the queryable segments
need to be loaded onto the historical nodes.

Wondering if it’s possible to use deep storage as
another tier of storage, i.e. older data stays in
deep storage and pulled on-demand for serving
queries.

Could this be currently achieved in some way?
Maybe mount S3/NFS locally to get the infinite storage, anybody tried this?
If it doesn’t exist currently, Is this part of any planned future feature?

Thanks,
Pradeep
